This is us in Guatemala with one of the families Casey taught. The good sports Shayna and Nick are also with us. They actually fed us a really good meal of platinos, beans, tortillas and hot chocolate. I soon learned that every family in Guatemala eats that exact same meal for breakfast lunch and dinner every day...Why not?

Anniversary came and went

It's been a year! Oh how time does fly:) In our first year of marriage we've traveled far and wide. From Puerto Vallarta for our honeymoon to the depths of Guatemala where we visited Caseys old mission grounds. We hit up Lake Powell, St. George, LA and Island Park at least 5 times in between. My New Years Resolution is to only go to Island Park twice in 2008.
We also are expecting an addition to our family on July 12th, already my Dad and my Nieces birthday but we'll take whatever we can get! Our baby already has a lot of cute cousins to compete with so we're hoping it gets my good looks. Just kidding Casey!
