The best part.....

Is that our house may be a hundred years old but it does have a sweet jetted tub! That was the kicker for me on buying the house. I like to spend my free time here in the tub.....too bad whoever remodeled this room didn't know about matching hardware. Oh well!

P.S. If anyone knows where I can find an L shaped shower curtain big enough for this tub please let me know!

Inside gets color!

Okay, so here we have our "mostly" done living room. When we moved in the walls were a cream color and the trim was blood red and ugly! Caseys family was awesome they came right over to help us paint. Thanks guys! It really helped out a bunch! Our house is pretty tiny and if you stand right under that fan light you see you can actually see into every room in our house! I think people were unsure of our paint color choices at first but I think the mustard yellow and grey turned out awesome!

Our New "Old" House!

OK, check it out! This our new house we just bought! It's a real fixer upper which we were excited about...I'm slowly getting less excited because I'm realizing how long it takes to actually fix it up. The outside is pretty shabby but the inside is a step up. We do have plans for new siding and all that come spring, don't worry. We are trying not to look like white trash but it's kinda hard for the time being.

Tagged???

So I'm a little behind I guess. Lisa and Nicci "tagged" me a while back and I had no idea what that meant at the time......after studying Lisa's blog for a bit I have figured it out! So....sorry it took me so long but here it goes.

10 YEARS AGO: I was fourteen. I reffer to this as the "ugly stage" of life. Lets face it, most people are not at their highest looks potential at age fourteen and neither was I. I think I was in the 8th grade and I started the stove on fire in cooking class while trying to roast marshmallows. I was actually the #1 high jumper of the girls that year, It shocked me almost as much as it shocked the 2nd and 3rd place girls. haha! in your face sporty girls!

5 THINGS ON MY TO DO LIST TODAY: I need to stop playing on my blog first of all....then I need to make charts for all the lucky people that are scheduled for colonoscopys and endoscopys tomorrow. I also have to call insurances and check to see if a preauthorization is needed and I need to do some scanning. Eat lunch.

SNACKS I ENJOY: I love a good plate of nachos especially when my husband makes them, with some salsa and cream cheese. yum! I also like any fruity candy.....skittles, airheads, gummies, etc...

THINGS I WOULD DO IF I WERE SUDDENLY A BILLIONAIRE: first I would go ahead and buy me a new house. A nice brand new house of course, along with new cars for me and my hubby and mabe for a few friends/family. I would pay off all my debt and then I would pay for us and our familys and friends to go on an awesome cruise to celebrate!

3 OF MY BAD HABITS: Well since I've been married I am really not into filling my car up with gas. I always leave it empty until Casey gets around to it...sorry hon! I've filled it up like twice. I think I'll get better when it gets warmer though. 2-I am SO easily distracted, its not even funny... It takes me forever to accomplish anything! 3-I forget. I forget to do things that I do everyday at work....I forget where I put my keys and phone and I forget movies unless I've seen them more than 3 times.

PLACES I HAVED LIVED: Bear River City, Logan, Costa Mesa (basically Newport Beach), CA , Sugarhouse (SLC) and Nibley UT

JOBS I'VE HAD: Movie Magic kinda (it was my sisters job but she had 2 jobs so I just went in and covered for her) Kents Market cashier, Nordic Valley ski resort lift attendant, Icon exercise equiptment tester (running on treadmills gets old real fast), Care Center CNA, flying J in freaking Snowville (oh mckell what were we thinking) , telesurveying?, Ditech, The city of Costa Mesa, Psych Tech in the behavioral health unit, The Buckle, American Eagle (gotta get discounts!), Cardiology tech @LDS hospital, Medical floor clerk and now I'm a GI tech. wow

THINGS PEOPLE DON'T KNOW ABOUT ME: I need my sleep, just let me go to bed and I'll be a much happier person tomorrow. I've been told by my mother in law that I am decievingly athletic. That doesn't mean I'm good at sports it just means I'm better than you would think at all things athletic. Thanks Keri :) Thats about it!
